I love to cook, and I’m a freelance writer and professional psychic consultant. I’m a friend to all animals and plants and rocks, and some people.
I’m a complex, sometimes funny, interesting, compassionate person, and while I love my family and friends, I’m very much a loner.
One of my current passions is my sourdough starter and learning how to turn it into breads that shame the locally available product. I’m still working on it, but my family won’t eat store bread now unless they have to. Personally, I’m addicted to sourdough pancakes with pomegranate jelly!
We rescue kitties, so we have a houseful, but mine are Dino and Bella, and 11-yr-old silver gray tabby and a 2-yr-old sorta tortie beauty.
I live in the high desert of California, about 100 miles ENE of Los Angeles, but a world away from the city. We’re at an elevation of about 3200′ and we’re currently hoping for some snow tonight. It would help to make up for the 110+ degree summers.
I’m looking at going back to school (online) in January or February, the goal being to complete my BS and then go on to law school. I’d like to be a hippie lawyer in coastal northern California by the time I’m 61, which gives me 5 years.
